This group meets weekly to study Scripture using the Daily Office Lectionary from the Book of Common Prayer (2019). Following this two-year cycle, participants read through the New Testament each year and the Old Testament over two years. Each session focuses on one reading, either a Psalm, Old Testament passage, or New Testament passage and rotates through these on successive evenings.

Members are encouraged to follow the daily readings on their own during the week, deepening their engagement with God’s Word. Facilitation is shared among group members, and newcomers are welcome to arrange a one-time visit.
Evenings include socializing with tea and goodies, Bible study, and sharing/prayer time.
This new group welcomes any age from 18 to 88+. We invite interested persons to ask for further details. We work to accommodate all who want to join us. We meet biweekly (every other Wednesday starting on October 8) at 7:30 pm in a home a few blocks east of the Commercial Drive shopping area.
Yearly pattern: start in mid-September, pause mid-December to mid-January, then meet mid-January through mid-July. Two seasons of three months and six months = about 19 meetings per year.
