Vancouver (Sojourners)

We call ourselves sojourners because we meet in various Vancouver locations. This home group has existed with many changes since the early 1990s at least; two couples from that period remain. The group meets every second Monday at 7.30pm, rotating between homes in westside and eastside Vancouver.

Our numbers typically range between 7 and 12. We are an open and welcoming, ‘mature’ age group, and value rejuvenation from new members, young and old, singles and couples.

 

Our schedule includes light refreshments and conversation, followed by Bible study, and sharing with prayer. From September 2022 to June 2023, we studied the Acts of the Apostles together. Beginning again in mid-September we will complete Acts and move on to a new book. 

 

Bible study leadership rotates between members week by week; however, some of us prefer not to lead.
