Our Nothin' but the Hits service is a joyful celebration of the fact that God became one of us!
This service rehearses the Christmas story through short readings, and is packed with all the well-known Christmas carols. There will be a short sermon, and we’ll be led in musical worship by the Evening Service band. Get ready to sing exuberantly!
At the end of the service, we will get together downstairs in the Fellowship Hall for a special Advent Soup Sunday. Members of our congregation will bring various bowls of tasty soup, and we’ll have this joyful meal together. If you’re interested in helping out in any way for Soup Sunday, you can get in contact with Jacob Vandiver at jacob@sjvan.org.
This service will offer programming for kids in grades K-6.
